Note that you can self-check-in up to 24 hours prior to your check in date, but your cabin access pin will only be activated at 1500 hours (GMT+8) on the check in date. Please be informed that you will be receiving your cabin number and cabin access code upon check-in time at 1500hrs (GMT+8) on your arrival date via email"
- Credit card Pre-authorization at SGD 80 is required, this will be refunded to you 7 workings days after check-out. Please note that the refund for debit card might take longer, depend on the bank.
- A valid passport / Identity Card is required for check in
- For security reason, please always keep your cabin access code confidential.
- Early check-in and late checkout are subjected to availability and charges may apply. Please contact Community Hosts via the chat for the arrangement.
- Extra bed is not allowed in all room types
- If you are travelling with young children, it is advisable to book the Lower Cabins.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. A SGD 500 fine will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
